    Emglo Compressor rebuild question

    Anyone here ever rebuild an Emglo compressor pump? Looks like the only way to replace the rings is to do it with the connecting rods already attached to the crank and then try to slide the cylinder assembly over the two pistons (it is a 4 cylinder pump)!?? There is no bottom to the pump case...

    Gas compressor conversion

    It's an Emglo LU pump, which means it has unloaders built into the head of all 4 cylinders, and the differential pressure switch has an unloader as well. My Emglo is the 17gal and also does not have a check valve at the tank.
