I've been busy in the barn, but not so much on this forum. I managed to remove the paneling, install insulation, and then I hung 1/2" BCX plywood for the walls instead of the T1-11. I only used 8' sheets, then a 2X8, then on top is the original T1-11 I had originally hung. That's shown in 1...

A VFD drive was the first try, I have it in hand actually. The motors only wired for 480 though since it's a 2 speed. Thinking about using the drive with a transformer.

That could be an easier solution, thank you for the suggestion. With all the summer schedules and projects coming up I haven't bothered researching many options, but this ones worth looking in to before the cold weather comes again.
