I did a 32" tall crawl space for my woodworking shop with Fox Blocks. Worked out very well. I braced with 2x4's around the inside. We didn't have any issues and poured a 30x40 crawl space in about an hour. I would hesitate to do a bigger project. Just have lots of help.
Usually the reporting quantities on diesel and hydraulic fluid are at 55 gallons. So you most likely don't have a reporting requirement. I would scrape it up to get it away from the well and if you can get the microbes mix them in, and spread it over a larger area away.

I would also check below the floor to see if there is a pillar carry the weight to the ground. If it is load bearing I would put a header in from the far right side of the door and carry it left to the corner.

I used the roll on bed liner you can buy in the gallon can at local stores. I coated the underside and 5"-6" on sides and back and the front of the toe kick. These were the cheap cabinets made out of particle board. No problems after 4 years.
