I'd get the 3 ton jack at minimum just because they tend to have better leverage for lifting heavy weights. Plus, you really shouldn't be working at the limit of the jack capacity anyways.
That's not true. There are a couple sellers on the amazon.de page for the deep offset wrenches. As long as you choose Amazon as the actual seller and not just the shipper, it can have it delivered to the US. I just tried and managed to get the last page before actually clicking Pay in USD.

I think it was the OP that needed them. I just made the recommendation. The wrenches are light for their size though. I'll see if I need to use them once the new headers for my car show up. There's a nut that's supposed to be hard to access.
