I used to sit in a room at sears years ago with 55 gallon drums full of ratchets and refurbish them for customers or as stock for replacements when people brought ratchets in. I always loved how smooth this ratchet worked. With the double snap rings they were a pain to fix but nice ratchet...
I worked for sears for 21 years and every year there would be something new or "limited edition" that would come out for the tool bar (the Christmas tool area). I don't remember that one, but it could have been a catalog order piece. Also I always understood it as Sears Canada was a separate...
Have you tried "PB blaster" it's the best penetrating oil I've ever used. I don't know what they put in that stuff but it's even freed up seized pistons in motors for me. Depot even sells it now. Just look at the cans because there is different kinds of PB. Get the penetrating oil. Good...
I would say the trade off with aluminum vs copper is always the amperage capabilities. If you go to depot get yourself a ugly's pocket guide in the electrical department (it's cheap). You can look at the maximum amperages for all types of wire in any situation (conduit, free air, etc) just to...
I know how I am and I tend to overthink things too much for myself. When I go to a job it's much clearer. Some people want to save this, extend that, reuse this, etc. I say scrap all that don't let somebody try to reuse existing wiring and devices. I would rather do all new 100 amp sub...
Finally remembered to take a pic at moms. I made this post before the clothes line poles. This is a duplicate of the original cedar post with the finial on top. I pre wired the post with a box up top for the light and a box at the bottom for the gfci. I got side tracked and ran out daylight...

I agree angles and unibody don't work. Put a load on a unibody at a angle and you see it do all kinds of things. Doors won't open/close, then your like "oh poop hope it bounces back".

Even better it wasn't a framed vehicle it was unit body two door Cherokee. I had third row seating when I was done so it was a win win. :)

Couple more although I can't find the ones I'm looking for, figures.
Lockup gate at my old job a friend and I built out of junk laying around
Have to have mirrors when you take the doors off in the summer so made these to just slip over the hinge
They didn't make a crate big enough for...
It all started because my parents had cedar posts for a sign, a light pole, and the clothes lines. I replicated the cedar posts but in steel. I'll have to look for the sign and light pole then it will make sense. Lol
