Can you describe the union and where it might be purchased?

I have a Harbor Freight 1/2" air hose reel. The method for connecting it to the delivery line is not intuitive. The 3' hose whip does not have end fittings that swivel. Screwing it into the reel's female thread (7/8" x 14?) facing outward would loosen the connection at the delivery line. I...
