I completely forgot about this thread. Lots of changes and some compromises since then. Added a new workshop that changed the backyard. Had to cut down all three 100+ year old trees due to infestation.

9 years later and they have had no issues and look exactly the same as the day I finished them.

Cleaning the main garage VCT for an upcoming Cinco-de-Mayo. Half done. All done. I will add one more cost of sealer tomorrow. VCT is very durable, but it does stain.

No, I designed and built it. The only part that is sort of a kit is the hub motor and controller were ordered to mate with each other. Everything else I designed and built. Thanks,

Hi Mike, I don't know how your garage, and exterior house, could get much better. Looking great!

Some bodywork on my Vespa project. Welded a patch to cover the damage, and used POR 15 seam sealer to touch up the rusty areas. Tomorrow I will patch a bad spot on the bottom of the frame. Before: After:

Spent 2+ hours cleaning up the worst of the stripping/grinding dust! I hate cleaning, but love the result! BTW Grinding dust goes EVERYWHERE! It is a serious PITS to get cleaned up. Sadly, with priming, sanding, priming again, sanding, and filling, sanding, plus priming and sanding, this is...

Finally done stripping. I have to say, striping is definitely not my thing. Next, some metal repair, rust patching and priming. Then I have to decide if I am really going to make it an e-Scooter or not.

I'm not sure if it is the paint I am stripping, or the stripper. I got this from Amazon. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07S5QWL4X/?tag=atomicindus08-20 No matter, because it really works. Sitting 2-3 hours seems to do it.

Finished the one side: Then started stripping more paint on the Vespa: After this, just the rear fenders to strip.
