I built a similar rolling work table years ago for my shop. It has been, & still is, one of the most useful things in the shop. Yours will probably be the same. :thumbup:

Those outlets are relatively new, or seldom used. They will loosen up eventually.

Solpainter gave you the answer. You can screw the lath to the wall at the studs so its sturdy but east to remove. All you'll have to repair if you take it down is a few screw holes & some paint matching.

Racedeck flooring, ceiling fans, 4 ft. led ceiling lights, strip led lights under the cabinets over my bench, wall cabinets in the rest of the shop so the doors hide the things stored, & finally my mini split...... :thumbup:

I may have misunderstood you. Why would you want to turn the entire system off? Any photo cell will have to have power run to it. From there you run the output to the relay, & the output from the relay to the light(s). They'll come on at dark & go off at sunrise whether you're there or...

Any flood light, a photocell, & a relay. The photocell operates the relay. The relay turns the lights on/off. Not real complicated... :dunno:

Use a router on the edges, or cover with casing/baseboard trim of your choice, then paint.
