I used a metal cutting blade in my circular saw. Threw some sparks and left a bit of a bur, but overall it cut very well. the blade was under $5 at HD. :thumbup:

Future plans include epoxy floors, large workbenches, heat, and plenty of lighting and storage. The 2nd garage is wired for 220 and plumbed for natural gas. Coming from a 1-car garage, I am a very happy dude.
