Trying to identify the manufacturer and model of this brake. Any idea? Thx.

These metal shelves were hanging in the garage when we bought the home. They measure 6' x 17" deep by 13" (high at the ends). They have 3 channels underneath which apparently help strengthen them. They must weigh about 50 lbs apiece. Just wondering if these were industrial shelves and why...
