So we checked out Beallsville garage last weekend and that place is COOOOOL. May be a little too industrial for the shoot but it was an experience just checking it out. I left a message with the owner and am hoping to hear back. That's a great fall back just in case nothing "perfect" comes out...
Yeah I was worried about letting you guys know it was water-cooled but have faith, between my buddy and I, we have over a dozen air-cooled projects in our backyards :bounce:

It's just a hollow aluminum box I made and it slides over a down firing MDF box with a 10" in it. I hid the speaker wire in the "fuel lines" that are actually BBQ gas grill lines.
