Really? I thought they were made in Illinois or in the states somewhere? Anyway I've never seen them but I haven't heard anything bad about them either

    Impact Sockets

Would you say that when it comes to impact sockets, you get what you pay for? I'm looking to get a full set of metric and sae, deep and shallow and even swivel sockets. For swivel impact sockets I'm definitely getting the pinless sets by Matco, but for the others I'm debating between SK, Proto...

Tool Box Manufacturers Your Rating Wanted

Remember there are also proto, armstrong, and wright. Even SK used to make boxes before they went under, but now that they are going again they only make their traditional hardline. Blackhawk is also pretty competitively priced too.

    "US-made prices" for Chinese-made/Asian-made product

Don't even get me started on this, I just ordered a set of adjustable wrenches were I paid a premium price and right on the box it said made in china. I was so pissed!! I could see it possibly made overseas, but really CHINA, for MATCO tools. that's bull@#$%

    Proto Tool Chest

What do you guys think about proto tool chests? I'm debating on getting a top and bottom from them. To me they seem pretty sturdy and they're made in USA. Does anyone own one or know somebody that does? How do they compare to snap-on, matco, & etc?

    Decent garage heater?

Does anyone know of a nice open-coil style electric heater that works decently and is competitively priced? I can't really use any kerosene heaters due to all the gas I have in my garage so I'm looking more towards electric. thanks
