And now I’m afraid to use it! I use a digital micrometer at my job but learned on a real one like this. This one is way too nice to use.

The font on the certificates and instructions inside told my brain that it was probably the 1950’s, but couldn’t find any dates. Thank you.

I ran across two tools in my dads old toolbox. A micrometer and a dial indicator pocket gage, made by Starrett. They look as old or older than 1950 to me. They’re also pristine. Can anyone help? Thanks!
