was into my local CT the other day and noticed a few new items, and these caught my eye....would be nice if they offer larger sizes.

Yes, I've had a problem returning a broken item. I never had my receipt, it was well over the two year mark. Brought the complete kit in (balljoint press kit), the threaded bolt was broke. They gave me hassle, i pleaded my case, talked to a manager and i managed to get the c-clamp and threaded...
Buy em now and use em......when they go on sale, buy em all again and return them with the original receipt..:D:3gears: ....I assume it should be ok if its within 90 of the original receipt.. :)
But they'll probably be able to just do a price adjustment if it went on sale shortly after..
Usually use a canvas toolbag or rolling tool box when working at different sites and areas. Found a wrench roll too bulky for the toolbag i have, and it takes some finess to fit it in and be able to close the bag. Cheap oversized carabiner works great for portability, can just grab and go. Store...
James B...just a heads up, the reversible gearwrenches are on sale this coming week at cdn tire for 39.99...but in the flyers there's a scratch and save, so you'll get another $5 off. I'm not sure if they have the anti fall through head or not.
i've got an older set of the impacts....sizes are all stamped, i won't buy the newer ones with the sizes painted....have no complaints about the quality of the sockets though.
They're great to have so not always changing over to discs, flap wheels, etc. I burned out a couple on a job site after some pretty long continuous uses with a grinder wheel...they were brand new as well. But i'm sure most of us at home won't be using them this way....mine at home have held up...
Yes, by the looks of things, they are phasing out the maximum wrenches for the more standard 'mastercraft'...still polished, but not sure about quality, whether its the same or not. For me, i'd much rather have the maximum line.
