    Lookin' a roll cart

Suggestions needed, I'm looking for a roll cart with a stainless steel top/lid, 2 or 3 drawers, pry bar/extension/screwdriver holders, and space at the bottom for fluids/funnels/etc. So far I can not find one that meets all of these requirements. Anyone have one or know of one close? I can find...

Snap On Tool Box Series, What's the difference?

I traded in my old single bank KRA2007FPC roll cab which I bought new for $1200 plus $2000 for a repo double bank KRA2422PCM roll cab. I was wondering what are the differences in the Snap On tool box series. The classic, epiq, heritage, and master series? I have a KRA while most of the guys I...

    Snap-on 95th Anniversary

My driver sold out of the white handled ratcheting screwdrivers. Still has a gold ratchet or two. My driver also has a set of 1/2 deep impact sockets that come with a 8 piece dinner set. I bought the all black 95th anniversary MG725 on impulse. Traded in my IR 2135 for it.

    Another Mac Tools Thread

In my area we have a Snap On, Matco, and Apex Tool Group distributor (all good guys) that stop by the shop weekly. Recently we gained 2 new employees who have Mac accounts so now we also have a Mac dealer (also a good guy). I like to buy tools either on Amazon, from ToolTopia, on promotion on...

    Anyone else like Channellocks?

Channelock Nut Busters are awesome. I also prefer their wire crimpers.

    Matco XL 0* Wrenches

I own the Mountain XL flex head ratcheting wrenches with the offset lips which I love but you can sometimes watch them flex when you're really pulling/pushing on them. GearWrench makes the same set called the gearbox XL which you can find on ToolTopia with add-on's for free a lot of the times.

    Show me your 1/4 Wrenches/Drivers

Lang makes an awesome little 3 piece bit ratchet set and it is magnetic ($42 from Amazon). I have the set re-branded as Matco which I got off of the truck for $55. It's a 7 piece set which includes a straight and 2 bent head bit ratchets plus 2 flat head bits and 2 phillips head bits. Sunex...

Help Me Select Impact + Drill Set

I had the same dilemma not too long ago. I was stuck between the Milwaukee, Dewalt, and Makita drill and 3/8 impact combo sets. I went with the Makita because it was the most common one I saw being used by the techs in my field. I am in the automotive field but my plumbing and electrician...

Any Decent Socket Rail/Holders Out There?

Most of my tools are well organized. I am very OCD when it comes to the organization and cleanliness of my tools. (I'm that guy wiping down all the tools he used at the end of the day and checking each drawer to make sure it is in order) I need to organize my oddball sockets in some way, shape...

    3/8 Swivel Impact Sockets

I am going to invest in a new set of collarless 3/8 swivel impact sockets. I am torn between the Matco pinless set and the Snap On welded pin set. Matco is a 10 piece set for $428.65 and Snap On is a 12 piece set for $514.50. I have heard a ton of good things about the Matco pinless set but Snap...
