I'm not sure what you use to clean concrete but where I live I have mold issues in my concrete. I have found Tide with Bleach works pretty well. The black in the concrete is some times mold and the Tide works on mold and grease. Shop looks great!

The busy part has been wheel bearings in the wife's car. I got her old CTS with a check engine light. Got to do timing chains. Following weekend transmission in my 05 Dodge with a Cummins. I hate working on my own vehicles. I work on big trucks for a fleet for a living

New shop addition

The rust on the steel beams jacked the concrete around the pit. Got it all cleaned out so we can clean and paint the beams before patching concrete

Hooked a bladder to end of some pex tubing and went up from the sump pit and got clog to let go. Was sure I was going to be busting up concrete

A major problem came up. plugged drain from the sink to floor drains down to sump in pit plugged.

Used the brick we had to do a patio and connected sidewalk

Been a long time since updates. got the stone veneer done. Still got railings on the balcony

Didn't like how the roof supports look so I added a beam

Took a lot longer than expected glass on the roof and the balcony going up

So far this is just me and the wife
