Rubber wall cove. You can find it at the big box stores, about 80 bucks for 200 ft. Plus adhesive. Good delineator between the drywall and stem wall.

All done! While the 3rd section doesn't completely match the other 2, it's close enough. I had to take it the rest of the way, paint the walls, and do the rubber wall cove. I'm really happy with the results.

So far, it's come out pretty good. Not perfect, but the products go down easy. I have another third of the garage floor to do still as well as the landing. Some things for people to look out floor, the floor is slick when you're using spike shoes, and slipping will leave marks, so I have some...
