Going to be nice. I built mine at 25' deep by 36' wide and it isn't deep enough. You will appreciate those extra 5'. Good luck on your build.

Nice garage! Maybe I missed it but what are you going to use te room off the back for? Also, did you isolate your storage upstairs from the downstairs (framed off door or something) or is it heated also. I have storage above my garage also and will hopefully insulate next year but didn't know...
