From what I have gathered more then likely the lift will be delivered to a port on the west coast. A freight forwarder will handle getting it the rest of the way. They will charge you around $400 to $800.

I live in Northwest Ohio, the Toledo and Detroit ports are both within an hour from me. It seems like the going rate from China to either Toledo or Detroit for one of these is $200 USD.
