    24x32x10 new garage build

For sure, toolbox, benches, cabinets, etc.. all soon to come. What's up Mike! Is this the legendary fab master Eames? lol Trust me the space got small quick! If only I could have fit a little bigger building on my lot. So far the double lam beam shelf has only deflected a little over an...

    24x32x10 new garage build

Long time since I had any updates.. Just got around to finishing off the inside with plywood. I will be painting it when it warms up in spring, but at least the electric is done, and walls are covered for now. Wish I did this before it was full! Picked up a new Husky 72" box. Shop updates 18...

    24x32x10 new garage build

Thanks for the comments! It's turning out very nice I'm just debating what to do with the inside. I'm thinking 1/2" plywood for the walls and paint. I have a stack of 3/4" sitting there but figure that would be more useful doing something else with.

A little backwards on the timeline, but also finished all the trim and wrapping the posts. Screwed up a couple of the posts, so I need to get a few more pieces of steel, and caulk everything, but that's about it. Had mine and the gf's parents over for fathers day. 24x32x10 new garage build

Finally getting back to work on the shop. Had some wasted space so decided to build a "shelf".. I really didn't want a support post, so I used a double LVL beam to span the 23 feet. I took some measurements and if it starts to sag I will put a post in. I don't plan on putting anything super...

Thanks for the input! Didn't really do anything over the winter except store **** inside it. I've grown to hate the concrete color over winter, but can live with it. I will be doing some updates and completing the garage in the coming weeks.

Had a stretch of decent weather this week so decided to pour the apron and porch. Color will get a lot lighter when it fully cures, so it's hard to tell, but I like it so far. Apron and porch by Joe malucci, on Flickr Apron and porch by Joe malucci, on Flickr Doing exposed aggregate under...

Yes it will. I didn't hook up the furnace yet, but it's amazing how warm it stays since we have dipped into the 20's already. It just feels nice and sealed up.

    24x32x10 new garage build

Some small updates, ran the Gas inside the house, and tied in the electrical. Due to distance from the house, and volume loss, I had to come off the meter with 1" instead of 3/4. So came off the meter into the house, and ran a 1" to the back of the house where it goes underground and to the...
