    New Shop Speaker Help

I would put them on a shelf about 5 feet up and put them upside down so tweeters are closer to ear level or a lower shelf and place them right side up . The old MTX speakers were not hard to power . An old receiver should be fine . Or an old pre amp and amp will work .

What is a good brand of concrete sealer for basement floor ?

I have a spare bedroom and rec room I'd like to seal to make it look better but mainly to stop dusting . It's too cold to open the windows ( ontario , ca) so would have to use a water base or wait until spring . Glossy look is good .

Any Experience with Stamped, Sealed Concrete? Regrets?

If you use a snow blower , make sure you have plastic skis instead metal . I would not use a truck and plow on it . I had a stamped patio and walk to house for 16 years. At the time it was 12/sq ft or 4 times the price of standard concrete . I only sealed it twice during that time and was due...

    Shop floor drains and slope

I would have 6 feet or more from the walls be almost level so tool box drawers stay closed . Then pitch it towards drains . I don't think it has to be pitched a lot , My last garage was pitched too much and it is kind of a pain . ( for tool boxes etc ...) I prefer a drain like this...

floor drains in pole-barn slab? yes or no? Midwest

I would do a drain . I like this type the best over a trench drain . Easier to clean . It does a great job of trapping dirt and sand . https://www.ebay.com/itm/Storm-Drain-FSD-120-Kit-12-Round-Catch-Basin-Perfect-For-Garage-Floor-Drain/250776504009

    Floor Drainage

I have a round drain that looks like this https://www.homedepot.com/p/3-in-x-4-in-PVC-Large-Capacity-Floor-Drain-with-Strainer-860-3PSPK/202274089 I guess they call it a strainer instead of a trap . If you remove the cover , there is kind of like a can on the inside that has holes around...

Workbench material to put within palette shelving?

You could find a used solid core door for cheap on craigslist etc . You could get a 22 or 24 inch wide and have a little overhang and just cut to length . You can always add a thin piece of plywood and a coat of stain if you care how it looks.

    Floor Drainage

I would pick round drains over trench drains because the round drains trap the mid west winter sand and grit .

Attaching Butcher Block to HF Toolboxes?

You could use plywood or MDF to fill the gap between top of box and side lips . Remove top draw screw from bottom threw "spacer " to top. Very nice shop !
