I have a low spot in my garage where water will gather. Its not huge but annoying to always squeege in out. What can i do to level it or is there a product that can fill it in?

I live in Minnesota and thinking about DPI wall board over my sheetrock. Would it expand and contract and bend or separate at joints in the temperature changes? If you have these do they seam nice together or what would you recommend for the joints to look good? If you have any other...
