Bought a house at 23, it had some "outdated" style (from the 90's when it was built). Used what dad has taught me all my life to fix prior owner's mistakes/hack jobs and made it a beautiful place to live. Kicker to this place is the 3+ car garage complete with 8'doors that I'm making my own little by little.
