Call Spane. (pronounced spay-nee) They are out of Mt. Vernon. I had 15'10" eaves, one 12x14, one 10x14 door, man door, 3 windows, fully insulated, and slab for around $22.50 a foot. All of their lumber came from Chinook, so they might be the builder referenced earlier.

I just finished my pole barn and used 1 1/4" minus (1 1/4" stone with fines) over geotextile fabric. It packed very well and made a good base. As a note, don't go and get your pad perfect before they start building, they will just screw up your perfectly packed pad. Once the building is up go...
