I was always told to buy more compressor than you "think" you need. Air tools are hungry. If you ever plan on doing any body work even just DA sanding you'll be happier with more compressor.
Same here, bought HF breaker bars and sockets for all my cars. Hated getting stuck on the side of the road with the crappy tire iron trying to bust lugnuts loose.
It all depends on the trucking companys policy on liftgate and residential deliveries. Residential just means getting it to your house, Liftgate means getting it to the ground, nothing more nothing less. It is all driver descretion. Not saying a driver won't go above and beyond to help someone...
I carry a complinent of tools in my truck as well. Tool bag with wrenches, screwdrivers, torx drivers, socket set and obd2 scanner. The best thing that saved some colorful language was a serpentine belt tool. You never know what may happen.
If you have one of these nearby, they have a good selection and have used and refurbs if you dont want to pay full price on a small project.

Best buy for me was Columbia River Knife and Tool (CRKT). Great carry knife and wont feel bad if I loose it or need it for an emergency repair.
