They don't always look so clean  Was a boring day when I took the pictures so had some time to clean and polish. But on any other day I just don't put the tool back till I have had time to give it a quick wipe. Keeps the grime out of the drawers and the other tools clean.

Nice socket tray layout John and Matt; looks very compact. Makes me want to rearrange mine now; try to kill some of the holes. Matt, is that a snap-on Verus scanner there?

I use a item made by Ernst Mfg. The screwdriver holder is item 6040. They make most of the tool holders I use; very customizable. I just cut them to fit after I laid out the screwdrivers and used double sided tape to stick them down.

Just had to take the heads off of a 97 Explorer and used the cordless impact more then my air tools. Any bolts I could not get loosen with it, I just cracked with a ratchet first...

    Bench section

I agree. The almost entirely overlooked workbench does deserve some recognition. I have, the last few days, been looking into getting a workbench for use at work. Mostly cause I don't have a place at home for one; yet. In my searches I have found a few good posts and one great one that has made...

    steel bench top

I like Ed's idea. If you ever have to remove it, that can be done. Plus not exposed screw to snag on or detract from the nice smooth surface.

    How handy is a portapower?

I bought one at P-Auto about a year ago. Like everyone else I don't use it very much but when I do nothing else would have been as easy. Last time I used it was to push back a lower rad support a customer had bent while off-roading in their car; did the job nicely.
