Well, here's what I've found: I contacted and corresponded with a curator at the Indy 500 Hall of Fame and Museum. She confirmed that Herbrand was the official tool supplier for a number of years, BUT, there's no record of the tools being supplied to teams, etc. Further, the Museum/Hall of Fame...
