Given that much of the lot is bad (see photos above), what's the downside to topping the whole lot? Is it just a waste of material, or is it somehow bad to have millings on top of existing sections of asphalt like in creating a slip hazard or something like that?
Already tried. Unfortunately it's not easy I'm California and was told most insurance companies would have similar complaints but charge higher premiums
