This is a shot of the site preparation. I had to build a retaining wall so I could keep the garage fairly tight (3ft.) from the property line.

Here we go. applied for the permit for pool and garage yesterday all went well for my new 20x26 hideout. I will post some pics later of my site and what i'm replacing, and my elavations. Also would like to say I love all the info i'm getting from GJ.:thumbup:
