I use the flappy discs a lot. I really like them. They are my "go to" for anything abrasive related. Seems to be a good company with good products and good pricing.

Yes, oil will kill grass. Especially when mixed with diesel fuel. Back in the day, my grandpa would just dump it out around his shop. Nothing would grow there. Stop by any old diesel mechanic shop and you will see the same.

IME its impossible not to have a misc drawer/bin/box. There will always be little doodads that have no home. Odd hardware, or whatever. I have several. But I try to organize those, the best I can. Even still, I have coffee cans of stuff, without a home.

Our concrete prices in NW Arkansas are crazy. Walmart is building a new "campus ", and hogging all the concrete. It's been hard on contractors. And impossible for joe homeowner.

Another thing to consider if you buy a new tractor. You will have all that DEF stuff to contend with on modern diesels. Older tractors dont always look as pretty, but they will work circles around newer tractors. 30k is a very nice budget. You could get an older 50hp tractor, trailer...
