For now only my bay will be heated. My dad has another smaller garage that he's got heated and can work on most smaller stuff in there. So I plan on insulating the center wall. How do I find the correct vapor barrier since my bay will be heated sometimes snd the other won't be?
Really leaning towards the way bullnerd did it. Would it hurt any to stuff some foam in between the 2x4s while I'm at it? Also, if I take it right the plastic/vapor Barrier goes on after the insulating between the steel/sheating?

Yeah that's what I was worried about. 3-4g is too much for me. Does anyone know the answer to my question in the previous post? Horizontal or vertical bats? And if I do bats would I need to fill in between the 2x4s with foam?
