There is no way I would accept that either, but I would say that is just a shipping mistake. Assuming you have already called them, have they resolved the problem?

I've used a set from Harbor Freight and a set from Irwin/Hanson. For the $$$ the hf set has been worth it and has served me well, but in terms of quality it isn't even close to the Hason set. If you dont mind spending the extra $$$ look into the Hanson. Side note: I recently replaced a few...

Thanks for the info! I use a tape for various applications, so anything too specialized wouldn't work for me. I guess that rules out the tracer. Also from everyone's input, Im just going to stay away from the overpriced gimmicks.
