    Pics 1&2 are of Carew #10 Nippers. Looks like they were based in Cincinnati. 3&4) Are of Fulton 14in blacksmith Nippers. Apparently, according to Alloy Artifacts, was the first maker of Craftsman tools. Here is an interesting article...
