Is this a quality professional epoxy job?

Thanks for the replies all. The company has ordered more flakes. I believe they will do another broadcast of flakes on top of the existing polyaspartic layer, then put another coat of polyaspartic on top. But I’ll confirm.

Is this a quality professional epoxy job?

Would you mind telling me what you think is bad about it? Or is it just the things I mentioned? I assumed the layer of epoxy would be thick enough that you wouldn’t still be able to see the concrete… I’m less worried about the flake distribution and the crappy line at the garage door, though I...

Is this a quality professional epoxy job?

I just hired a company to put down an epoxy floor in my garage. There are some things that don’t look good to me, but wanted to see what you guys think before I reach out to the installer. There are many areas of the floor where you can still see the concrete slab underneath. It looks like there...

Garage Grip Heavy Duty Garage Carpet - Anyone used it?

This is pretty much what I was thinking. For woodworking, I don’t see clean up being that much more of an issue than on an epoxy floor, and I won’t be doing much woodworking anyway. I just don’t like the feel of the plastic tiles I have samples of. I’m going to do a moisture test on the slab...

Garage Grip Heavy Duty Garage Carpet - Anyone used it?

I assume I’d have the same issue with PVC tiles?

Garage Grip Heavy Duty Garage Carpet - Anyone used it?

I’ve been waffling back and forth over which garage flooring to do. I’ll be doing some light wrenching on cars, some basic woodworking, and general tinkering and hanging out. I was leaning toward PVC tiles or maybe NewAge flooring, but I stumbled across Garage Grip today. The reviews seem decent...

Toggled Dimmable D-Series LED Tube Opinions

I’d be interested in hearing how these worked out for you. I’ve got 8.5ft ceilings and already have T12 fixtures that I could ballast bypass. I was planning to get new fixtures with a prismatic lens to help with glare, but it sounds like a cheaper option could just be to use the current fixtures...

Trouble deciding between integrated LED, retrofit ballast bypass, or LED tube ready

I have a 19x34 basement 2 car garage with 8.5ft ceilings in most of the garage. There is a soffit containing ductwork about 10 feet back from the garage door, and the last 19x8 ft section at the back is sloped downward to about 7.5 ft at the back wall, but it’s 70% 8.5ft high. I’ve spent way...

    New Age Flooring

I’d be interested in hearing any updated reviews.

    KROD Workshop 32x30 Stick-built

I understand that the scissor trusses get you a good amount of additional height in the center of the garage bay where you will presumably put your lift, but will you still be limited by the garage door tracks? They’ll still be around 9ft high right? Great looking shop!
