Yup Any variation of that. In my shed I had a cable holding up plywood. In my new garage I plan on something similar to what you have here, but more narrow since I have 2 single garage doors

Hang a rack from the ceiling over the open garage doors. A sheet of plywood for the “floor”. Hang one for studs/conduit/pvc etc, and another for sheets.
