    CNC Mandrel Bender

It depends on what you are trying to bend, thinwall stainless headers with all of the fit issues and dual wall (for marine applications), complicates the purchase. Newer machines program better than before touch screen windows controls. The center line radius, CLR of the bend and material used...

    CNC Mandrel Bender

Always buy bigger than you think you need. I have owned Pines, Chiyoda, Kiens, Hines, Miic, and a Pedrazolli, they all lacked some feature that was found out later.

    Shop Floor Heat

It is real hard to add the pex after the floor is poured. I went with infloor heat and spray foam, 1 1/2" in the walls, and then batts, great building.

Looking to Build in Northern WI

They have their own crew. I have either worked in or been around construction for awhile and they were very professional. I added insulation and pex so there were a few adds to the cost. You are welcome to look at any of the costs that I can dig up.

Looking to Build in Northern WI

I just had a 40 x 80 built in Oshkosh. Checked with Cleary, Morton, and several others, ended up with Sefelt Construction in Lena WI 920 599 0200 . Great references and they did about four other buildings in the area, no surprises.

    Recomendations for asphalt drive?

Thanks for all of the responces. The initial two asphalt contractor contacts seem to recomend 2 - 3" of grade 4 material with a 2.5" grade 2 top coat. I have a very good 2' to 3', two year old gravel base. I will try a couple of concrete quotes for comparison.

    Recomendations for asphalt drive?

Is the wear surface considered grade 2 material and the binder considered grade 4?

    Recomendations for asphalt drive?

I need a fairly large area paved for the driveway, parking, and turn around for a crew cab truck and 40' boat trailer, on a roughly 245' deep lot with the 40 x 80 garage towards the rear of the lot. I have the gravel in (roughly 2.5 to 3' down to clay, with chrusher run and screenings on top)...
