looks about like the tool box i carried around the motor pool at ft hood texas from 1978 to 1981

i found a palmera end wrench that was made in spain it seems to be a 12mm and 13mm but it is cast as 3/16 and 1/4 i have never seen anything like it wounder if it is worth anything i was helping a single mom with two kids out so thought i would check around maybe be able to help her out more
