All great ideas thank you. I have run 2 x 4s between the posts with 2 foot centers for the insulation and am going to attach whatever I decide to use on the walls for that.

I have a 40 x 56 steel building that was built with 14 foot ceilings. I have just finished having the floor put in which is concrete with radiant heat. I am now looking to finish off the interior walls but have not decided on how to do it. I would like the bottom 4 feet to be something water...
