Hi. I have an Allen E1415HD that everything works except the strobe. Available manuals don't show what voltages should be. Can anyone tell me the voltages at the automotive coil + and 1 terminals? I get 1.5volts which seems too low. Before I directly connect a 12vb power source to the coil...
