I'm very happy I've got the best floor in the complex. I was told that it should be textured like sandpaper roughly 100 grit. But I don't think my floor was even that rough. Its the smooth spots that are the concern.

I converted this container in to my shop, It works well I just added a lot of light. Using shipping containers for a garage will work. A lot of the local shipyards use them for work spaces with quansets over top. I was going to get a second container and do the same thing. happy building.
