What is the most expensive thing you left under a hood?

I lost a matco finger driver and torx bit on an acadia one time while checking the air filter. I actually dropped it and was never able to figure out where it went. A 17 mm snap on ratcheting wrench. 7mm blue point deep socket. Matco 88 tooth ratchet that I bought right when they came out . ...

    Thinwall impact sockets

I have a set of matco thin walls that I use for a few years when I was a tire tech at sears. They seemed to work great and I haven't broken one yet.

    Lost screwdrivers :[

Yeah and I found a few sets of the green handled matco ones. I have half a set of the maroon handled matcos now. All the sets I find seem to be costly and missing a slotted driver or two.

    Lost screwdrivers :[

Yeah it's a real bummer. I love those drivers. Even if I could just find a small slotted one I'd be happy.

    Lost screwdrivers :[

    Craftsman Cordless Impact Wrench

I used mine at a tire shop. I needed to recharge the battery after about 2 sets of tires. I did an 8 lug heavy duty pick up truck no problems. I love that thing. For the price I can't complain at all.

    I need a new 1/2" Gun...

What Monte said. When I bought my first impact I new i needed something decent but I was almost broke. I picked on of those up and I love the thing. Every now and then I have needed something with a little more "balls" but usually only on something rusted to all get out and tight as a MF'er...

If you could have only one?...

My go to ratchet is a matco 88 tooth flex head with a bent handle. They call it a spark plug ratchet. It works great for spark plugs . . . . . . . . and everything else. I absolutely love this ratchet, I use it for just about all of my 3/8 drive needs...

    Who uses a Ratcheting Adapter

My great grandfather gave me one of these. I have never used it but I always use my breaker bar to press in and out ball joints. I might have to give it a try for that next time. Never thought to use it.

    Tool truck question

We get a discount but after basics craftsman is no help. Once the basics are covered you pretty much have to go elsewhere to buy tools.
