I have been clearance shopping for a 1.5 years at HD and had just never run across anything that went through the seemingly normal cycle of 25% off 50% but then instead of going to 75% off, it just went straight to a penny. Has anyone noticed items that are hitting the .06 or .04 price that aren't dropping to the next level at .03 or .02? I have been keeping my eye on some solid pre-finished hardwood that was 25% off at the .06 price that never dropped again (not even in PCA) and pennied yesterday and was removed...
