this right here is key... a sump pump can help with any water below the slab due to rising water tables and hydro static pressure that might push through cracks... if you cut a drain into the floor and run it to the sump pit, it can help mitigate any issues if you were to ever have a catastrophe...
my concern was that my midrise lift rolls on two metal casters on the rear and uses the front as a pivot point to lift the car up... so the full weight of the vehicle and jack are on these three areas and moving along this plane when the lift is operating... i'll give it go and run the RD under...

is that BX wire in there? if so most likely you will be grounded on the box from the sheathing of the wire anyway... so when you screw the receptacle in it will ground on the wire and all around the house to the box... should be fine...
