@Fedwrench @garfunkle24 This was my own question, as in Europe there is the Facom series with flanged ring stop. I cant believe that none brand in USA sells something like that...

Great! and as i live in Greece and yesterday i bought the new FACOM ratcheting(DUAL) screwdriver version, Facom Dual Ratcheting Screwdriver , which way can i test it (no access to Seekonk-but access to Facom's all torque testers). Any idea?
