A "Pivot Master" tool made by Precision Enterprises, Santa Clara, Ca. Has a pointed knob above the on-off switch in back that spins an off-center needle in front thats behind a pin hole centered in a screw on cap. No info about this device on the web. Whatsit?

I just got an ignition analyzer like yours but its missing the fuse retainer and fuse. I sure would like to know what type of fuse it takes and also a copy of the manual if available. Casey H.
