it helps to think of finished safeties as art, but I will say I've worked on helicopters for the last 41 years and take pride on a well done safety

you'd probably be best to call customer service or place your order over the phone, they are really good people on the phone and can make the codes work

gonna sound nuts but, hot wax, for like removing hair, put in in on a stick let dry (cool) and pull out

we used wax in the hanger i worked in, it was semi liquid, we heated it to apply it. then let it dry and then bluffed it to a shine. once a year, the floor was scrubbed and a coat of wax was applied and buffed. Midwest winters, with aircraft being drug in with snow and rain on them. Mopped up...

tops are 1-1/2" and actually have the bedliner sprayed over the stainless steel top not just mdf/particleboard
