I added Owens Corning garage door insulation to my 8 ft tall 20 ft wide steel door. Garage door opener wouldn't move it. I think it added 30-40 pounds. I have a lift master 8500 wall mount. Paid to have the springs adjusted.

I installed 9 led light fixtures from Bees Lighting and 18 T8 LED Bulbs from Lightup. Plenty of light for me. 24x28 garage with 10 ft. ceiling. Thanks Platonic Solid for the recommendations.
