    I got lights from James Electric all but 8 lights were 2x2 110W and I used 225W 4x2 for the other 8 lights. the 110W were about 2.3 amps a piece I believe and the 225W were around 3 amps. I checked the dimmer out by shorting out the 2 wires marked for the dimmer. The 2x2 lights went out...

    I check all my lights before I installed them and pulled a amp check to make sure they all were in the advertised range. The company that makes them should have a spec sheet listing stuff like weight and amp draw.
