It is moving all the way into the position it supposed to be in. Once I release the key gravity is pulling the bar down and re-locking the box. Probably a spring back there I missed or didn't see that holds it in place to keep it unlocked once the key is fully turned...

Thanks for the help guys! Got it unlocked. Now I just need to figure out why the thing goes auto-lock when I let go of the key. Guessing there is a spring attached to the rear lever that hold it in place once you release the key...At least I hope that's all it is.
