From Craiglist I picked up a Vidmar 7 Drawer cabinet and the guy also had another 7 drawer cabinet very similar to the Vidmar but with the name "Spectrum" on it that I also got. Anyone ever heard of them? It's blue...heavy and could pass as a Vidmar. I don't have a pic right now. I need to...

I came across 2 - 35" H, 22" W, 26" D, 7 drawer Vidmars at a price I could not pass up. Great shape other than perhaps 1 drawer and they need painting. Just wondered if anyone has ever worked on these or worked with Stanley Vidmar to get replacement slides...drawers etc????

One of the coolest ideas I've seen in a while...

I notice that Goodyear has the red, yellow and black rubber air hoses. Anyone know what the differences are? PSI rating? Resistance to heat, cold, chemicals?

Tired of two things....wrestling with my PVC air hose and lame tire chuck. I'd like to get either the red or black rubber air hose (3/8" - 50 to 75 ft). Is Goodyear or Amflow the best? Another? Also...need a good lock on tire chuck/gauge that allows air release as well as inflate. Your...

Thanks for all the replies. And thanks Nissan fr the mirrored plastic suggestion. It also looks like if Ullman doesn't make the inspection mirror you want...you don't need one. They have all kinds. What if I also told you that I need a non-reversing mirror for another application....any ideas?

Not entirely so...In my case I need to stick it in something and stick it TOO something so I can have both hands free for this particular need. I don't need it to be a magnetic puckup... No big deal if I can't find any that are not magnetic as I can stick a rare earth magnet on one if I need...

My little dinky 1" dia inspection mirror won't cut it anymore. I've been lucky here with tool recommendations from you good people so I'd like to get opinions on a good set with a good sized mirror that magnifies...telescopes perhaps magnetic etc etc... Thanks in advance... Ken

That's cool. You've given me an idea to do the same with my Jet Mini-Lathe and 3 jaw chuck. I've turned wood and aluminum so far so I guess I'll try this next. What kind of Loc-tite did you use? I suppose I could use JB-Weld?
